How Booking Works:
Say hi
Send me a message through the contact form and tell me who’s in your crew, what type of session you’re thinking, and your ideal timeframe.
Pick a date & sign your paperwork
We’ll choose a date, time, and location together. To save your spot, you’ll sign a simple contract and pay a 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due one week before your session.
Plan & Prep
I’ll send over a prep & styling guide with what to wear, how to prep kids, and what to bring so you’re not guessing. You’re always welcome to send outfit photos if you want an extra opinion.
Session day
You show up, be together, and let the kids be themselves. I’ll handle the direction, the light, and the awkward “what do I do with my hands?” moments.
Gallery delivery
Within 7–14 days (depending on your collection), you’ll get an email with your private online gallery. From there, you can download your images, share them with family, and order prints if you want.
FAQs
What if my kids don’t “behave”?
Totally fine. I expect wiggles, questions, and at least one meltdown. That’s where the good stuff lives. I’ll guide, redirect, and play games so they feel comfortable—no pressure to perform.
What do we wear?
You’ll get a full wardrobe guide after booking with color suggestions, do’s and don’ts, and examples. Short answer: soft, breathable neutrals and earth tones photograph beautifully in Florida. I’m always happy to review outfit choices before your session.
Do we get digital files?
Yes. Every collection includes all your edited digital files with unlimited print rights. Download them, share them, print them anywhere you want—they’re yours.
Can I print my photos?
Absolutely. All collections include unlimited print rights. Print at Costco, Shutterfly, a local lab, or order professional prints and wall art through me.
When will I get my photos?
- Simply Us: 2 weeks
- Beautifully Us: 10 days
- Forever Us: 7 days (priority turnaround)
What if the weather is terrible?
Welcome to Florida. If it’s just a little cloudy, we’re usually fine—clouds can be beautiful. If it’s pouring, stormy, or dangerously hot, we’ll reschedule to the next available date that works for both of us. I keep backup slots for this exact reason.
Can we bring our dog?
If your location allows pets and your dog is friendly, yes please. Just bring a leash, some treats, and a human designated as “dog wrangler” when needed.
Do you travel outside Tampa Bay?
Yes, within reason. Travel fees vary based on distance and time—just let me know where you’re dreaming of and I’ll send a custom quote.
