Do I have to decide on everything before I reach out?
Not at all. You don't need to have every detail figured out. Jeff will help guide you through the next steps once you reach out.
What if I'm not sure which collection is right for us?
Completely normal. Jeff will help you choose based on what kind of experience and coverage you want. Or just reach out and describe your family — he'll point you in the right direction.
What if my kids won't cooperate?
Honestly? That's fine. Jeff has five grandkids — he's been around. Kids who are "bad at photos" usually take the best ones once they stop performing. Give them five minutes and a little room to breathe.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Every session comes with a weather backup plan. You don't have to scramble if conditions change — Jeff handles it.
When do I get my photos?
Your edited gallery is delivered within two weeks. Rush turnaround (one week) is included in the Forever Us collection, or available as an add-on if you need it sooner.
Can I add more images or prints later?
Yes. Additional edited images and print add-ons are available after delivery. Straightforward pricing — no pressure, no upsell pitch.
